Temporarily Open port 1022 for tcp //check respective firewall settings based on ur Ubuntu image/PC
sudo do-release-upgrade -d
If error is coming do below
sudo nano /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades
Set prompt=normal
sudo do-release-upgrade
